Hangab is a method to slowly and passively put you into the reverse position, that means hung upside down. The inverted position realigns your spine, boosts vitality, is consciousness-opening and has a centering effect. Indigenous tribes of the Amazon used the method of suspension as a vision quest.

In a session you can let go of everything which is not serving you any longer and invite the new holistically on a physical, emotional as well as spiritual level.

I accompany your journey with therapeutic osteopathic touch and voice activation.

A session lasts 2 hours.

At first only the legs are raised, so your body has enough time to adjust to the upside-down position. You are then pulled step-by-step into the vertical position while I use osteopathic touch on your body.

The motto here is really “The journey is the goal”. This way your blood system learns how to work in the other direction. So there won’t be a feeling of pressure in your head, but your lymphatic system gets a little boost instead.

Welcome, I am Flo.

When I was burnt out as a manager at the age of 26, I could only dream of a work that feels so in line with who I am. I embarked on a journey of letting go, exploring myself and what life really is about for me. I learnt the art of therapeutic massage in Thailand and India, yodeled in Italy and sighed my heart out in Greece. When, many years later, I found Hangab in a scenic place overlooking Lake Konstanz and the Alps in Southern Germany, I knew this is what I want to give to other people: An experience of total freedom and being alive! To be able to breathe with the trees, with the lake, with the ocean, and support a fellow human to surrender to gravity, give voice to all held emotions, and witness how they realign with their true nature is one of the greatest blessings for me.

  • 2 hours

  • You can come exactly as you are. Just refrain from eating for about 2 hours before the session.

  • Bring thick socks, even in hot weather because you will wear them in the soft boots. Wear comfortable pants and clothes and best is a shirt/pullover that you can put into your pants.

  • We only go as vertical as your body allows and always stay in communication. Sometimes a ground session (back or shoulders stay on the floor) is the most healing.

  • Pregnancy, heart issues, acute inflammation in the head such as from pulled teeth, acute hearing loss, if your inner voice tells you this is not for you now

  • To see my current location please scroll down to the footer. I`m traveling with my Hangab set and usually stay in communities for a couple of weeks.
